CONTEST: Things that put Iowa on the Map

Iowa is known for a few things: corn, America's largest ice cream plant, and, in the last decade: renewable energy in the form of America's tallest windmills (The Jefferson/Ogden/Junction turbines) as well as dozens of ethanol plants. A flood, and now a drought.
We have some pretty cool stuff here In Iowa, but this year's drought has hurt our corn and bean crop. (And, let's all agree, the heat really sucks) Let's get the Iowan morale up with a contest!
Photos/art of any medium (including literature) of all the things that make Iowa, Iowa. To you that could be farms, windmills, ethanol plants, the capital, the rolling hills, Lazer, Hardacre, Animeiowa, whatever.

The contest starts today and will be judged on relevance to topic and general effort. This contest will end December 21st.

You do not have to be a member of Iowadeviants or a resident in state to submit
